I'd like to acknowledge the service provided by Jackie at the Figgers shop at the Smithfield Shopping Centre, Cairns. My adult daughter and I were there last week for her to purchase bras. She is concerned by her weight and also has mental health concerns. Jackie treated her with respect and my daughter allowed her into the fitting room. My daughter does not usually allow the fitter into the cubicle. The way Jackie related to my daughter allowed her (my daughter) to have a productive day. Today I returned to Figgers to purchase bras for myself. Once again Jackie was on duty, dealing with a number of customers. She treated all with respect and, even though busy, made me feel a valued customer. Hi Alison, Received my package today. You are awesome! I originally bought these bras from your store but have been too busy to come in and replace them now they are showing their age. Being big busted, the task of buying a bra is often stressful, expensive and usually an arduous chore. My bust size more often than not restricts my range of product selection. Fortunately, my experience at Figgers was the start to a lovely day of retail therapy instead of the usually disappointing struggle to find anything suitable to fit me. Not only was I pleasantly surprised at my timing of a generous sale, I was blown away by the superior customer service I received from not 1, but 2 of your exceptional staff members. Not only did they manage to find a bra on sale for me, they ordered me in and then posted the 2nd bra directly to my door. I cannot express how much of a relief it is to receive such wonderful service so I have already shared my shopping experience with many locals and will continue to recommend your business, it's great service and ever expanding range.
